what would one do if there gun was stolen out of car as you stopped to get a meal on way home from range?


no this has not happend to me, but im kind of curious to know what would happen/you would have to do

well is it restricted or not? either way report it to the police and make sure you were following the law! as in if its restricted , and you were 15K off the "resonably direct route home" as stated in your ATT it definatly wouldn't be smiled on...

either way if your followin the law to the word, then its just simply reporting it

Criminally? Unlikely, as you complied with the full letter and spirit of the law.

Civilly? Anything is possible.
