Quick release mounts

I am looking for a quick release mount for a Nightforce NXS. I have the lightweight NF rings for it, but I want to switch between the scope and an Elcan Specter (eventually). It's specifically for a Swiss Black Special Target. Aside from the Nightforce version, are there other brands available here in Canada? Thanks in advance.

The rifle is used mostly for plinking and small game....I would just like to be able to change optics without having to rezero all the time.
