I'm trying to put together a quick release set up on a 99 Savage. Any reason why I can't just use either the Warne Maxima QR rings for Weaver style bases, or the Leupold Weaver style QR rings with the Weaver bases I already have? I would really like steel bases, but Weaver aluminums are all I've been able to find in a two piece.
