For my new Henry Big Boy Carbine 357 Mag, is such quick takedown screw from Ranger point precision worth it? These can be removed and tightened with hand.
I won't shoot that much to remove the lever screws every month. Most probably once in July end and another time around Halloween to do a clean up and oiling
I hear that the factory screw head is flat head and need the fancy hollow ground bits.
Other option is

These have Torx head.
Rifle is for long term...

The ones in your link cant be removed and tighte ed by hand. I bought one for my marlin with a big knurled head like a knurled coin I can remove or tighten by hand. I didnt buy them for my other marlins I have no problem with my slot screw head marlin lever screws they don't need to be very tight and never come loose. I do have hollow ground bits I don't think they are fancy though

I have one of the ranger point thumb screws on the exact same model Henry BB 357. Yes it does come in useful if there is a misfeed, and for cleaning and maintenance. The screws on the Henry should be turned with proper hollow ground bits. The lever screw is probably the one that will be taken out the most. hollow ground aren't hard to find. This one is available from most LGS...
