If someone is running Quickload, I'd appreciate a prediction on the following:

.30-06
200 gr. Nosler Partition
H-4350; 55.5 gr.
Norma brass
CCI 200 primer
3.300 OAL ; 40 thou. off the lands

I've never bothered with those fang-dangled magic theory charts you mention, but I have some real world experience with your combination.
I have loaded and chronographed, 200 grain Nosler and 200 grain pointed Speer, which react identical, with IMR4350, in two different 30-06 rifles.
The rifles each had 24 inch barrels, but one always got 75 to 90 fps faster with the same loads. Also, the one with higher velocity was quicker to show excess pressure.
You shouldn't run into pressure problems with 55.5 grains of 4350.
I used 56 grains in the rifle that showed the greater velocity, and that gave me 2630 fps.
In the other rifle I went to 57 grains and that gave me about 2660.
None of this gave any indication of excess pressure in either rifle. Bolt opened with the same ease as it does on a loaded cartridge.

I have no real world experience with H4350 and the Nosler 200 Partition. I have shot that big Partition a fair bit, but my powder of choice has been Norma MRP. At 58 - 59 grains, depending on the rifle, That delivers 2700 and pennies, and in every rifle I used it in, shot very well, indeed. Here's a typical target. Eagleye.

Quickload doesn't give the excess pressure warning messages, and the velocity is the the ballpark of what H4831 said.
58.5 grains is bad at 44059psi, according to the program.

It seems that g+colon gives you a grenade, Jungian acausal parallelism at work.

I was curious as to what pressures might await me there; I'm working my way up through 54 gr., and the groups are shrinking as I go up.

I routinely use 55.5 gr of IMR 4350 with 180 Nosler Partitions (my standard load for many years), but I haven't done much with 200 gr. so that's where I'm exploring lately. Just trying to keep my mind occupied until all this damn snow goes, so I ordered another HVA from Trade-Ex and started all over again.:p

I ran a ladder with RL-22; I got down to 1.3" at 57 gr., but then groups started to open up again.

Thanks, Eagleye...I'll have to try to get my hands on some MRP - it seems to be pretty scarce.

I've been told that RL-22 is supposed to be the same, but I've never had any MRP to try side-by-side to confirm that.

Considerable more powder than you used, but the rifle I tested always showed less velocity, with any load, when compared to another 30-06 I had.

Yes, H4831, I have had some rifles that took more powder to get the "magic" 2700+ with the 200. Like yourself, I have often used the Speer 200 for working up the load, then switched to the Partition for the final tune. Old Norma 205 [Same powder as MRP, basically] was accused of lot-to-lot variations, so a slow lot would give lower velocities for sure.
I had a M17 30-06 that took 64 grains of one lot of old N205 to reach 2700 with the 180 in it. No pressure signs at all. But in all fairness, that barrel slugged pretty generous, as well. Regards, Eagleye.
