I came across this old scope in a deal for some bits and pieces, and have been unable to quite figure out, what it is. Hoping you folks could give me a hand with identifying it.
The best I've been able to figure out, is it was made by R.E.L. Optics, a Canadian company that existed in the 40's, who made a lot of stuff for the war, like binoculars and the like.
Written on the eyepiece end is the following text:

CGB 91 GA
REL / CANADA
1944 I-C
