R.E.M. 700 SPS stock fit question

I was looking at the Boyd's site for a stock for a R.E.M. 700 SA SPS. They list SPS as its own option. My question : Is the SPS action in some way different from the other 700 actions ?

No different QC, cheaper blast and black oxide finish is the only difference. ADL are the cheapest 700 out there, nothing wrong with them either if you can live with a blind mag.
Boyd's probably lists them seperate because people shop for what they have on hand, ease of doing business.
