I payed for a Krieger M1A barrel about 9 weeks ago, was told it would take 6-8 weeks. When I asked him about a barrel instal he scoffed and said something along the lines of 'I only build precision rifles'.


Anyway, coms have been dodgy but the price is right. I'm going to give it another week and then call again. So far, not thinking this will be a long term relationship.

Last year, I bought a US Optics scope from Joe. Some emails, one phone call, one written quotation, reasonable price, no obligation to pay the scope (all of it) BEFORE ordering, on time delivery - and I got e-x-a-c-t-l-y what I had ordered. Joe was very polite, very professional. Everything went smoothly.

For some reason, if I recall correctly, Joe was excommunicated from CGN a few years ago - and I too could be excommunicated for writing his name here tonight (and everybody else that has posted before me, by the way).

Well, let's see what will come out of it ...

For the fun of it, just try to write his family name on CGN and you will see what happens by yourself. I did.

I had some barrel work done a few years a go. I was a circus. I sent a deposit, waited forever, then got a call wanting payment immediatly (that Day) before delivery. Never again.
