Hey everyone, I recently passed my non-restricted and restricted courses and sent them both in the mail today (Jan. 12). Was just curious how long you guys waited for yours to arrive in the mail. I've heard it can be anywhere from 2-6 months. I'd love to hear how long it took for you.

Just shy of 3 months if memory serves me.
 
Submitted my renewal Nov. 20/18, still waiting. Talked to them a week ago, should be enroute Monday/Tuesday. Delay a combination of Postal Strike and Christmas
 
Upgrading my PAL to RPAL and 6 weeks in and not even showing up online yet. Payment has not gone through either. 45 days processing my butt!
 
Upgrading from pal to rpal took me 2 months from the time I took the course to the time I had my license in my hand. That's with no delays on my end. That was in the spring of last 2018.

I would also get your references to call in to the CFO. It can make a big difference.
 
I sent my paperwork in mid December to upgrade from PAL to RPAL. Still hasn't shown up on line. I called and they told me it should be around 6 weeks.
 
5 weeks. After 4 weeks I still couldn't even login to the RCMP website, so I called them. The dude there told me that there was a bit of a backlog (this was late Sep.) & to watch for the payment withdrawal from my bank, as that is normally the first thing to show up. 2 days later, I could access the site and a few days after that it was approved & mailed out. PAL + RPAL

Fluctuates wildly from person to person and province to province it seems.
My PAL took 6 months, PAL to RPAL updates has been cooking for 3 months thus far.
 
My wife's was received in Miramichi on December 13th and she had her card in hand either the first or second week of February. Hers was a first time PAL/RPAL and neither of her references were called. Granted she lives with me so they might not have bothered for that reason.
