R-PAL waiting time

So finally got notification online that my RPAL is on its way. Sent off mid December, approved Mar 1. Now waiting for the card to show up to go on a shopping spree!!!������. This was PAL upgrade to RPAL.

I recently upgraded from PAL to RPAL. They received the application on January 11th, 2019 and my card was issued on February 12, 2019.

just mailed mine in on Feb 20th, upgrading from PAL to RPAL

I mailed mine on the20th of January and it was received on the 28th approved on feb 26th so it will probably come in close to the 45 days to receive the card
