Took my Tikka T3 ...338 WM to the range today. Loaded up 225gr Hornady Interbonds with R19. 75 gr yielded 2773fps and 1" 3shot group @100yds.
76gr =2845fps, 77gr= 2957 fps!!! I had one grain to go but stopped short of 3000fps as the 3 shot group opened up to 2.5".
2773fps will have to do. No pressure signs on the brass either, bolt opened slick.

My Parker Hale 6mm Rem (24" barrel) came out with 1/2" 3 shot group with Horandy Spire points and 45.5gr IMR 4831 @ 3052fps

My star hunting load turned out to be a 100gr Nosler Partition and 48 gr R22= 3216fps and a 3/4" 3shot group @ 100yds.
Tried the Nosler E-Tip 90gr... surprise was the book starting load from the #7 Nosler book with R19...I got 3404fps!!! and pressure signs. (####ty groups as well) YIKES
IMR 4831 and 43.5gr= 3214fps and 1 1/4" with the E-Tip.
85 gr TSX would not shoot under 3" in my gun...it seems to prefer heavier bullets.

My Parker Hale 35 Whelen got 2744fps with 60gr R15 and 1" groups with a 225gr Nosler Partition.

Question... My 338WM shoots 200gr Accubonds into 7/8" @ 100 at 2900fps...how has this bullet held up for you guys? I was going to use it or the above Interbond for elk hunting.

Thanks
