RA Center result

Oh yeah... you should have seen our squad. Only 5 of us on it, myself, trit, JR the guy who put on the match, SR, and some open shooter who I won't name.

We took turns flaming out on stages. It was horrible.

Thank god we didn't have the energizer bunny (pops) there, or we all would have gotten seasick!

The best part about this sport is the friendships... I enjoy the people more than anything, it is always good for a laugh or two, to be amoung other people who enjoy the game without getting too serious about it...
afterall... if we can laugh at ourselves, then it doesn't matter what others think about us.
 
You hit the nail on the head there, Pops! I've met many great people through IPSC and I've had alot of laughs (usually at someone else's expense:D --- but that's just the kind of guy that I am).

I'll shoot with anyone who is friendly, knowledgeable and safe but I don't like the know-it-alls or cop-bashers... or the sidewalk commandos!:rolleyes:

That being said...I've met very few questionable people in the sport... most are professionals at what they do whether they are students, soldiers, bus drivers, ex-bikers, cops, contractors, welders, gunsmiths or engineers. Everyone is always courteous, polite, happy, helpful and quick to lend a hand, ammo or even a gun when needed.

It's a great community. :)

Hey is a Flight Engineer like a guy who wants to drive a train but he puts wings on it? (Just kidding!

I think Omen hit it on the head... it was laughing near me... you never know when I could snap and go crazy (especially when I've been drinking Red Bull)!

Oh and Quigley... unlike you, I have very little experience with people laughing AT me. COMPUTER GEEK!!!!!!!!!!!!! (hehe)
