Rabbit Season?

Ok,
Going back to the start about hunting rabbits, like anything else, the tracks are easier to find after overnight snow, but they make tracks in an area that'll be nearly impossible to find where they start from and go to. Just a mess of footy prints all over. They do seem to chew a lot of poplar bark when there's not much else but snow and bark. I'd look for a stand of poplar during winter, just because you'd know right away if there's any around.

NWT residents?

No license needed here in MB.

I checked the NWT website for any mention about small game licence & seasons. A brief mention about non-residents not in need of guiding services if only pursueing small game. Other than that zero mention of rabbits/hares/grouse, licence/open season of any kind??

Not the best on-line hunting reg's I've seen. But still not as bad as BC's encylopedia of hunting reg's.
