just finished up a paint job on the factory stock, couldn't justify spending $ on an aftermarket stock with xmas approaching

Before mounting it. It has copper dusted into it that only shows up at an angle and in bright daylight, couldnt get it to show in any other pics

That looks great. Some more info on how it was done would be nice.

gloss black basecoat x2
used a rubbery shelf liner, pulled tight around stock and held together with wire at the bottom
good coat of metallic silver through the self liner
let dry, remover liner
clear coat, then mist with copper (looks awesome in sunlight, doesnt show up in pics) X 3
red on back and trigger
3 X clear again
