My Gen 3 Afterburner just arrived today, I do not have a Zev Oz9c slide so I can't say if it will fit for sure. However the Gen 3 model I have the slide is very squared off at the muzzle with a small rounded edge, and the comp does not cover it much at all. It has maybe a 1mm deep lip that just covers the radius on the corners of the OEM gen 3 slide. Unlike the Gen 5 for example where the slides are very tappered and rounded off and the comp is cut to wrap around that, those have a very deep lip that I can see not matching up with the shape of alot of aftermarket slides.
If the OZ uses a Gen3 recoil rod, I can see it fitting the Gen 3 afterburner
Also there are pictures of them mounted on OZ9C in google images, just not sure what Gen they used on it. I have sent you a pic in a PM
