Raging Bull vs 629

I would like to see this so called established facts in writing from a creditable source.

Graydog

I too would like to see some creditable information on how the Ruger is tuffer than the 629. When I search for information on Google all I find is people in the forums spouting off the same crap about the Smith being the weaker one with no real proof. Constintly saying the Ruger is stronger doesn't make it true.

629FTW.

If you need evidence of the Ruger being tougher than the Smith, look at the .44 magnum section in a reloading manual. I love my Smith, but the fact is that there will be loads in a modern manual that will state that they are intended for specific Ruger products ONLY.

I looked at both the Raging Bull and the 629 when I was shopping for a .44mag
Ended up with a Ruger 4.2" Redhawk and love it! May get the 629 when the 4.2" is available.
