Rails for a Norc M4

Is there such a thing as a decent rail system that will mount to the stock (original) hand guard on a Norc M4? If so, any Canadian retailers sellin' 'em?

Tufforce makes a good drop in rail that will fit on the Norc. Got mine about a year and a half ago for $85ish from Ellwood Epps.
