Looking for real world experience/ loads with this powder in the 7mm Rem Mag with 160/145 grain bullets (Trophy bonded bear claw and federal fusion 160's / Speer Grand slam 145's)
Rifle is a Tikka stainless with 24" barrel and I'm not getting the results I'm after with RL19 or 22 (mediocre accuracy and lower than published velocities)

I'm hoping Grand might just wake this thing up.
Thanks.

I'm putting a test ladder together for 168grn Accubond LR's over Grand this weekend and will be testing it next week or weekend. Just a preliminary five shot to establish pressure and velocities. It's for a 24" A-bolt 7rm.
There has been a ton of speculation and discussion on this forum about it but to my knowledge nobody has done any tests yet. I have discussed it on multiple forums including direct e-mail with Nosler. There's still no published data that I'm aware of and I'm tired of waiting.. I have a good load for this rifle but think it can do better. My good load is MagPro but it is double digit spread for velocities.. I like single digits and Grand has got me there with my 6.8 westerns.
It's a great powder. Cheers

I put together an initial trial of 5 rounds as well with 73.0 grains under the 145 grand slam's today and am going to try to get to the range in the morning. Hodgdon is calling max 75 point something for their 140 and 150 grain examples on their site so will start 2 grains under and see how it goes. Hodgdon does have scanty data, one or two examples in each bullet weight for the 7 mag, just select 7 mag and Grand on their page and it will give you the data https://hodgdonreloading.com/rldc/ looking forward to hearing how you make out !!
