I was told once BDX were the distributor - not sure if that is true or not.

Not sure what kind of Ramshot you're looking for, but I have 2lbs of Silhouette here that will probably never be used.
Other than that, Western Metal here in Calgary has a few variants and has always treated me well. I know you said you were in Ed, but just throwing in another good word for WM if you're forced to have something shipped.

Use a phone the powder won't come to you unless you pay for shipping. Get some guys together and do a group buy from Higginson's.
