We can not discuss the detail of any transaction on open internet.

I noticed you posted your order number. Please delete it ASAP. There ARE bad people there will call us with that order number and try to retrieve your info. With all the detail in the email, you are doing them a big favor.
 
Good companies make mistakes and it is not doing the public a disservice by making us aware of it. Unless the original post was edited heavily, it seems like a fair criticism.

It is Friday and the issue is getting resolved. We don't want to follow this over weekend.
