Range Closed for Season so Time for Annual Cleaning

So bored for the day and Our range closed yesterday after I went up there. Since the range is over 2000m altitude we got lots of snow and ice on the back road trails to get there. So I got out some of the old girls that seen use this year for annual repairs/cleaning/inventory and etc.

Gonna watch movies and clean the old girls with the fumes of CLP and Oil and other bore cleaners and etc. The rifles already get cleaned after each use but today is detailed strip and clean.

You should think about moving to the valley bottoms where there is a better chance of shooting year round.

Snow shouldn't stop anyone from shooting. I feel for you not being able to shoot until melt.

we had vehicles almost slide off cliffs. i myself slid about 400m when leaving the range at one point and all I could do was enjoy the ride. We will access it via Snow Mobiles in a month probally but will be more just 1 or 2 people instead of usual gatherings. There is an official range here but its pretty much just 100m into a hill and has trails down range where people quad, snowmobile and etc so I rather not use that one
