Range report from my new 597 hb.

Hello!!!! I try 3 different ammo from my new 597 hb. This is my first .22lr so im not a very experienced shooter. I shoot prone with 2 block of foam.
My optic is a vortex sparc with 2x magnification. (sorry for the big picture)

5 shot at 25 yard the black dot is 1- 1/4 inch

5 shot at 100 yard the black dot is 2- 1/4 inch. Very happy with the rws 2 inch at 100 yard.The Remington shoot very high and group like 4 inch.

I just got the same Rifle…LOL…. I am looking at getting more magnification on the scope for my HB 597… I never shot mine yet, but a 4in group does not look too good on a HB rifle…lol

Remington Subsonics seems to work well with that as well as to federal auto match bulk packs. Never had any luck with the winchester stuff as they seem to be jam-o-matics
