Yesterday I went out and sighted in my new Bushnell Trophy Redot on my Mossberg, and sighted in my new Marlin XT-MVSR.
I paced out 25yrd to get on target with the XT. As you can see not bad to get on target out of the box it was close. that was with 34g Winchester hollow points. I found they grouped the best out of the 4 boxes I had.

Now there was a pretty good cross wind going from left to right. All I had to rest the gun was my wifes medicine pack rice bags....
I'm going to buy an actual gun rest and go to the range. So this was just for fun and to see where I was shooting, obviously not where I'm going to leave it....

This was from a paced out 100yrds with a good cross wind, shots taken with scope unadjusted from the 25 yard mark with the pic above shot with the winchesters.
Here is one from getting the redot pretty close at 25 yards...
I had found at 50 yards shooting cci velocitors was ok, but I was more accurate with the yellow jackets. The velocitors shot more to the right and yellow jackets were more in the bullseye. Sorry I forgot to grab a pic of the target.
I'll do a lot better once I can get a bench rest and get the scopes zeroed in perfect.
I want the .22mag sighted in at 100yrds, Ruger 10/22 at 50yrds and my Mossy at 25yrds.
