So I am in LeBaron and see a coating system for your bore from OTIS...$103 +tx. Passed it by first time second time had to buy it. Treated 2 rifles today and have some left so may be able to get 3 guns out of the kit.

Rifles treated:
Rem 700P .223 1 in 9" Bedded with Acraglass.
Rem 700 SPS Buckmaster .270 WIN. Barrel channel was cleared out as stock was set up to hit barrel near muzzle and action bedded with Acraglass gel.

Ammo:
.270 150 gr. Sierra BT, 55 gr. RL 22, WW 81/2-120 Lapua 3006 brass formed to .270

.223 SS109 and WC 735 CCI small rifle,WW Tactical Brass.

Chrony for the .270 was 2675 with and SD of 18
Chrony for .223 was 2925 with SD 20

Step one put red gel on bullet load and fire repeat for 10 rounds, stuff smells like bad perfume, bore get noticably cleaner and has a shine.

Step 2 put yellow gel on bullet load and fire repeat for 10 rounds. Stuff smells worse bore has a mirror finish after 10 rounds.

Step 3 put Green gel on bullet load and fire repeat for 10 rounds. Stuff stinks worse again mirror finish remains but darker in color.

Post treatment results:
Chrony for the .270 2768 SD 9
Chrony for .223 3015 SD 11

Hard to comment on group size for .270 as it was hot as a mackerrel after 10 rounds with the light barrel. For a factory gun this rifle was marginal in accuracy and the bedding and some trigger work(pro mark x sucked and was set over 5 pounds from factory) it was shooting just over a minute of angle with full power reloads, and would start to walk after 3-4 rounds. No big deal as it is for hunting. .223 is my DCRA/ORA gun. Will add to report after I get to shoot some groups with both rifles.
