Range Test Results On Ceramic Plates Are In!

I bought your Osprey vest with these Italian plates plus a Kevlar helmet. Good deal. Thanks for bringing this stuff into Canada! I've seen the Osprey for sale in the US but shipping that sort of stuff across the border gets you on the short-list...

In the picture of Hornady 155 BTHP you can see the sticker upside down saying “lato interno” that means Inside. It may have the same strength but if there is an Inside and an outside you may have even better results if shooted on the outside.

Cheers

The plate we shot appears to have flakes and what apears to be strands. Maybe a combination of both, we are really not sure. They dont crack into multiple pieces like the irsh police vests did when shot (100% ceramic).

The last combo sold, we are now out of everything for atleast 2 weeks.

In the video he cut the corners off the plate to make a shooters cut, but did not say what he cut it with, I am guessing if these are Polyethylene they could be successfully modified?
Would these require anti-spalling material?

Mini grinder with a diamond cutting disk would do it. From looking at Frontier's range test it looks like they eat the bullet up pretty good.
