Ranger 12 Gauge Shotgun

[Both Barrels]

I have acquired a Ranger 12 Gauge shotgun and I'm wondering if someone could tell me some info about it or where to go looking online.

It is a single shot serial number 30215.

Wondering how old it might be or any other information, it needs some work but I will strip it down and refinish it soon.

I know its not worth a lot but just curious.

Any info would be appreciated!

Ranger was an Eaton's brand I believe... made for them and marketed under that name.

Correct after 1930 in canada but if it was a US sold gun it would be a ranger from sears

Don't think they made a 12ga single shot
They made a 120 ranger pump and a 140 ranger semi however

sounds like a Ranger manufactured by Cooey, compare it to a Cooey model 84 and see.

Could be they made them for eatons etc as did Iver Johnson
