Ranges in GTA

New shooter in GTA Toronto. Looking for a ranges withing 90 minutes or less of city. Familiar with Targets sports in stoufville, silverdale, AGRC(Ajax gun and rod) locations.
 
I shouldn't even be mentioning this but...Sharon Gun Club if one can find, and are willing to pay for an elusive share and high membership fees. New shares soon to be issued with right-of-first refusal to existing members. SGC is just outside of Newmarket.
 
Spent most of the day looking... I'm mostly interested in a rifle range, so I'd like 100 yards at least. Found a couple good prospects, but they are all not accepting memberships at the moment.

Might be stuck hauling it to Silverdale, Barrie or BDHACC in the meantime
 
Ive looked into the Grange and Aurora, but they are only handgun and .22 rifle, I'm looking for a club where I can take all my rifles and shotguns.
From what Ive seen Sharon seems to meet that the best, and its only fifteen minutes away.

You need to buy an existing members share to get into Sharon.. too rich for my blood

I'm eyeing Oshawa Skeet and Gun Club, but their site says they aren't taking members now. Gonna visit or call tomorrow to see what's what.
 
Its too rich for mine as well, but If I can come up with buying the share the dues then are comparable with other clubs in the area. Plus the fact that I live so close, the time and gas to get there will play a part as well. Hopefully you will always be able to get your money out of owning the share.

The 'Honourable' David Miller took care of any ranges within Toronto city limits. I believe there used to be one at Kennedy/Eglinton in Scarborough years ago.

Sharon shares are STEEP!

Union RGC and the Marksman club are options which haven't been mentioned NE of the city. Orno as well

Any further info on Union RGC facilities? They don't seem to have a web presence at all.... will try to call them tomorrow. Orno membership is closed, I'll try to talk to someone about it tomorrow, too

I grew up a few blocks from there and never knew there was a club in the area. I think there was one at Union station which was shut down a few years ago.
