Clean reload ganderite. from what i am seeing it looks like you just have to be fast enough to get your bullets on target and they count your hits. Shaving a tenth of a second on the reload will not affect score.

I find the tapco mags are as fast as it gets... especially with extended mag release and a light sear spring.
