Rare Axis pistol info request

I have a Berretta 1934 Sk.Y issued to the Finish Suojeluskuntain Yliesikunta, i.e. the General HQ of Defense Corps 1 of 500.
mine is #0220. I'm looking for more info on this pistol ie, who it was issued to or any history
