Gentlemen, my family is growing. Yesterday I received another adopted baby, rare CZ 700M1 from a gentleman from New Jersey, who became my friend through the 6 months adoption process. Also thank you to Melissa Gulbraa from Prophet River Firearms, who was my adoption agent. Even though this was a long process, I would recommend to any of you, who are interested in adopting from the US, to give Melissa a call at 780-875-0575. Also check the website www.prophetriver.com

Pictures from bellow were not taken by me, but my friend Dale. :)

Wow T, that is a beauty. Now you have to buy a press, you have two top shelf rifles that deserve home rolled ammo.

Supposed to rain Sat. pm incoming.

You are right P. I have to safe pennies for some decent scope, press is planned for Christmas. Preparing new shop in my garage. Do you reload?

Oh ya, I reload. I've shot factory ammo in my .308 but just for the brass. I hit my gong with the factory stuff but the gong was 16". I never tried it on the 6" gong. I bought the same ammo you're using. It's good Nosler/Norma ;) brass, save every piece.
As far as factory ammo goes, I was impressed with it. I was shooting 10 round groups at 300 and shot some clean 4" groups.

Handloading is the biggest upgrade you can do to any rifle. IMO!

Congrats on a sweet looking rig.

Care to give us a bit more info on it?

Was there any reason it took longer than usual to have it sent accross the border? Usually it's 2-3months..6 months must have been pure torture!!!
