Exactly what I wanted when I got mine made by Colorado Shooting Sports. But they sent me both of mine with VZ style handles. I prefer the AK cocking handles myself.
 
That is just what i wanted, hopefully there is multiple size knobs:) the ones in the pictures remind me of an old caddy with the bull horns on the hood.
 
A common theme seems to be the size, shape, and side of the cocking lever. I'm wondering if making them so that they screwed in might be a selling point. Not being a machinist, I have no idea how you are making these carriers, but I doubt the handles are machined from the same block of steel.

I like the looks, but I think if the option was available, I'd remove the right hand lever.

The cocking handles are screwed in, aligned by tightening against shims, and held in with liberal amounts of red locktite. Yes you can have either two handles or one on the side of your choice.
