Raven 5.56 warranty claim

The charge handle broke on my Raven today. I tried filling out Lockharts warranty claim and it keeps saying check your email and enter the OTP. I would imagine OTP stands for one time password. But when I check my email there is nothing. Any ideas.

Assuming you checked your junk/spam folder and haven't received anything, you can call or email Lockhart via the contact info at the bottom of their website and explain your situation.

I emailed Lockhart with a warranty claim via email and got a call back from them within 5 minutes of hitting send. I’d recommend going that way or calling.

I tried filling out the warranty support and it won’t let me even hit submit because I don’t have the OTP. Then I emailed info@lockharttactical and no response
