Have any of you ever had any troubles in putting through an order for a Raven holster or accessories?

I've been trying to order one (quick-ship Phantom holster - great option btw as these ship in a matter of days Vs 16 weeks for custom orders, but options are limited) this evening and their webpage has been giving me error message while processing the payment.

Simply wondering if this a fluke of today or because it's an international order and it needs to be confirmed via phone (can't see why, but hey, I've seen weirder things from online businesses).

I've sent them a message on their page, but they are extremely busy and I don't expect to hear back from them very quickly!

I've never had an issue dealing with Raven, must be something flukey between them and the CC company server. Give it a try in the morning (you did create an account and log in, right??) Beyond that, they've been golden - and you'll love the holster. PS, take a look at the moduloader frames too - first class.

Still can't push the order through this morning.

Re moduloader - I had the 5 fingers Subload Base on my order as well; to use with HSGI double taco pouch (rifle and pistol combo).

I got a hold of Tom's email address over at Raven. He's the Director of Sales & Marketing. He should be able to sort this out quickly I'm sure.

Keep you posted enefgee.

I was never able to use my CC for paiement. I send them a post canada money order and everything went well.

When was the last time you bought from them? Curious to see if they've fixed it by now.

Tom's a great guy and he really does get involved when there's an issue.

I'd say that when I can't send them money, it's an issue!!

I ordered from them twice, approx. 2 yrs ago: first time the holster, second time several accessories/small parts. All went well with CC transactions. It was just a long wait for the holster at the time as indicated by the company.

I ordered a multi-loader set up in March and it went well.

Well after speaking with Tom Fineis directly I ordered the Phantom holster and moduloader (5 fingers) using the "Money Order / Cheque" option and called in to confirm my CC info via telephone. Took a whole 2mins.

For a place that is that busy, I'm thoroughly impress :)

Should ship in a day or two.

That's what I meant by him getting involved, he'll walk the order through for you if there's an issue - I had a single part missing from a multiple parts order (not a holster or mag pouch just basically attachments and hardware), he got the part for me himself and mailed it to me, no questions asked - replied via email to my inquiry (I thought it was backordered) after he had mailed it. The holsters are great, the service is first class, and the people are great too. I know the backlog puts people off, but when you use their stuff and need service from them, you know why there's a backlog.

PS the moduloaders are absolutely the cats.

It shipped next day and should be here by end of next week if it doesn't get hold up @ CBSA. Vicky is the person I spoke with @ Raven in their billing department; picked up the phone right away and confirmed the payment immediately. So if anyone else need to get a hold of them, their number is (440) 508-9000, option #1.

Re moduloader - I'm looking forward to it as well. Wanted something different then running a chest rig w/ shoulder straps. Running my Vel-Tye hugger carrier, as much as it's a fantastic piece of kit, isn't the greatest option for everyday paper punching.

The HSGI Taco double-mag pouches aren't the cheapest out there, but the flexibility you get from them can't be beat - haven't had mag that didn't work well in them yet.

Now I only need to order a new 1.5" belt as the one I've been using for the longest time is a 2". Could have ordered the Raven pieces as 2", but the new range pants I picked up (Vertx) are very snug with a 2" belt. HSGI Cobra belt seems to fit the bill perfectly.
