Just a heads up guys, fantastic service.
Called on friday, he had starline 44 mag brass, $36 per 100
Hard to find 8mm 180grain Nosler Ballistic Tips, and 270 150grain Nosler Ballistic tips
Shipped out quick.
His website is not great but if you give him a call he will help you out.

He's a good guy. Likes to talk and is interesting to talk with. His website isn't quite up to date. I believe his late wife took care of most of the online side but she has recently passed. In the past he's been one of the biggest importers of several reloading brands.

I agree! Some people deserve a:HR:

I also kept his supply a secret.

One thing I question though...

He stores his powder and primers outside all winter, probably with no heat?

But I don't think temperature swings dont bother powder as long as its out of sunlight, and dry?

With the HUGE shortages, HUGE demand, and HUGE price increases its funny Hodgdon doesnt have more capacity in North America?

Hodgdon is only a packager and wholesaler, they don't make any. Supply chain issues have hit powder companies, too. Western use to import from Belgium and Hodgdon bought from Australia . Now both source from Canada. I'm looking for ###, I use it for loads for hunting unicorns. chuckle

I was at his place a few years ago it's real rustic . Yes his powder and primers are stored in sea cans in his yard. Other things stored in every room in his house. He does seem to know where everything is though. Yes he does like to talk had a bit of a hard time trying to leave as he just kept on talking and leaning on the truck. Really good guy and pretty easy to deal with.

So sorry to hear of Ray's wife Fran passing.I knew she had been ill,but had not known she had passed on.My sincere condolences to Ray and his family.

Ray and Fran were/are great people. In the past I have had great service and friendly talks with both.

Sounds like the days of Sunbury Sales and Bill Johnson.....
