* Hello,*

* I'd like to make a plug for a small reloading/shooting supplies shop in the town I live in. He's just getting started, but he's in partnership with a fellow that's been in the business for a long time and carries alot of stock.*

* The reason I'm plugging for this business is because I've gotten great service and pricing from him. Carries alot of bullets and reloading supplies and shooting supplies. Hornady, Sierra, Berger, Nosler, Swift, Calhoun bullets. Brass, powder, primers, reloading dies and tools.

*If he hasn't had what I'm looking for, he quickly orders it up. I'd ask him to order it for me, and I'd get a phone call an hour later with pricing and availability. Not wait a week, you call them, they never actually order it in, ever. *Like the other shop close by me.*

* I'm not affiliated with the business at all. I just shop there and I'm happy with it and want to promote the business to keep the doors open for the future. He's got plans to eventually expand with more and different products. It sure is nice not having to mail order special things I want or search high and low for bullets.

* Call Darwin Dirk at Raynershine Gunworks. * (587) 253-0952. * * Or email at raynershinegunworks@yahoo.com

* He's located in Redcliff, Ab. Just west across the river from Medicine Hat. **

That's great news. Doug has always been great for having bullets and powder, but can't make it to all the shows. Especially since some are on the same weekend now. Hopefully between the two of them they can cover more ground now.

I was up in redcliff the other night so I decided to drive by to get an idea of where the shop was. The address from the website took me to a residential house. Does he run it out of his home? I didn't see a sign or anything. It was late so i didn't call or anything, been meaning to call and verify the address of the shop.

Raynershine

Yes Darwin runs out of the house local bylaw doesnt allow signage, His reason for that is low over head keeps costs down corner of 5th st and 2nd ave just use the side door open sign is in the door

If he has access to Doug and Fran Raynors inventory then you people in that area are set.They carry the largest inventory of reloading supplies in western Canada.I know when Wholesale Sports can't get stuff they phone Doug.But if you think Redcliff is remote you should try to get to Raynors at Lancer.

Yup!

I asked Doug how much powder he goes through a year. His answer; over 10 million pounds!

He also said he sells more nosler projectiles than all other vendors in Canada combined!

I see him at all the shows, he is about the only reasonably priced vendor left IMHO.

Good to hear there is another option for the folks in southern AB.
