I've done nothing wrong and it is legally allowed according to Cabela's guideline policy, which I have asked questions at customer service counter before placing an order.

Curiously, the MRAD version of this scope is not listed on Vortex's USA website:

Not sure if it's company wide but Cabela's in Edmonton only stocks moa product...no mrad.
