Far as I know there's only one RCAF and the federal government has the whole set.

What are you looking to learn about your item?

Best bet is to post some photos of the item in question, including any markings - and go from there.

I think uniforms were made for each officer. Not issued.

Some tailor outfit probably made it to a standard.

I have a 1929 Colt 38 Super with a RCAF pilot's name etc engraved on the slide. I also got a mint Colt 45 with original holster , belt and
magazine pouches . They were a pair, it appears that some American gave him the 45
