Good morning, I've got the reloading bug again and found this stuff in a bag from the last gun show I was at sometime last year. The label won't peel off and I want to know if it will react with powder. I didnt soak the cases in it or anything just need peace of mind on it. I Googled it and can't find anything. Thank you.
