I purchased a chargemaster a few years ago but never opened it because I liked using my scale so I sold it (mistake) . This year I decided I wanted to spend less time reloading and more time shooting so I purchased another one - paid a lot more due to USA dollar exchange!. After my RCBS chargemaster finishes it trickle I put the tray on my AND FX120i. The RCBS scale is quite accurate but I use my tricker to bring it up to exactly what I want,; however it's still more accurate then either my lee or RCBS hand powder throwers were.

On another note, I decided to try the Lee case trimmer on my Lyman prep Center vs my Forster with a drill attached. I think I still like the Forster better - it's faster

Wish I could give you some feedback I purchased one on the EE back in mid July as part of a loading kit. The power adapter never got shipped and the seller says he's working on it. Contacted RCBS and they said they would send me one free of charge but I haven't seen it yet either.

I bought a Chargemaster about 5-6 years ago. the first one lost half of the display after a few months. RCBS sent me a new one, no questions asked.
I still am using that one, and have since purchased and set up a second unit. I like the Chargemaster. it saves me time, and with two, I can load
a lot of ammo, even for those bigger cases, in a relatively short stretch.

I recommend this unit. One mod that helps consistency, is the MacDonald's straw in the delivery tube. A fellow on here also makes a small insert
that works very well to avoid those occasional .1 grain overweight drops. Dave.

Good to go. I dont have any regrets buying it and it is surprisingly accurate once you do the straw upgrade!

If you have the fx120 already why oh why buy a chargemaster?

Google autotrickler. Adam is Canadian and a great guy.

If you are talking about the Dandy trickler I have one but using the Chargemaster is faster, and once I get the straw and make a few adjustments I suspect it will be very accurate. I like having the FX120 to double check weight because I know it is extremely accurate. It may not make a lot of sense .... but then neither does all the money spent on reloading

Still using the one I bought about 6yrs ago. No issues other than some powder kernels that fell in below the pan and caused a data link error. Just needed to blow them out with compressed air. Bought mine at Natchez.

Oops, just found the auto trickler you are referring to

Didn't even know about it - dang .... well if you see a chargemaster up on EE you will know what happened

Just added this to my FX120i... it works very well. Faster then I can seat a bullet when a charge close to desired is put on the scale.

Within a kernel of ideal if not ideal... huge time and fuss saver. Expensive but as a system, I am very happy.

Jerry

Happy with the McD straw and programming mods. Faster than me seating bullet/OAL check except for the 10% when it overshoot the drop.

Pretty sure it is NOT kernel precise but neither is my shooting skills.
