Additionally I wax the inner portion of the powder container, it helps in the clean up..

Also keep a dryer sheet inside when stored it seems to cut down on static

Static is a nuissance for cleaning up after reloading especially flake powder: I realized that in the first winter I used the thing. Does the dryer sheet eliminate static as you use it, or only reduce the buildup? I keep a small artists flat paintbrush to sweep the unused powder off edges and down the drain instead of popping the clear cylinder off.

Has anyone else reprogrammed their's? I haven't noticed much difference with these small charges but think it may help with cartridges like my 338 Lapua.

It is more important on smaller cartridges they tend to be more sensitive to charge weight variance. I find the larger the cartridge the less sensitive to charge weight variance they are. Also the larger extruded powder kernels would need to be cut in some instances when loading with magnetic Force restoration scales or even more accurate scales.

Cfe223 as I was told by the RCBS tech has killed many chargemasters. The fine ball powder somehow gets into the dispensing motor. Don't know much more than what he told me.

They should replace it for free if that's the case and they should do something about the seals in the machine. There is no warning in the manual (that I can remember) not to use it with fine powders.
I use mine with H110, CFE223, and H335 all the time and it's been fine so far. Maybe I should take the dispenser apart one of these days and see if it's full of powder.

They did replace mine for free. They did say that they changed the rubber seal. That's about all I got from him. Nice tech though.
