Was working on sizing up some 22-250 today when I discovered my expander/decapping rod was bent right where the expander ball threads onto the rod. I called the RCBS customer service line to order the necessary parts and was pleasantly surprised when they refused to take my CC#, the representative said the parts will be in the mail tomorrow, no charge.

Now that’s how you create a lifelong customer!

I too am a big fan of RCBS' customer service. I have never paid for replacement parts and in turn I always consider their products first when shopping.

I was having issues with a set of 44-40 dies having a .427 button while I was loading .430 bullets to fit the large groove barrel.Talked to an RCBS rep and 2 weeks later a .430 one is in my mailbox .......no charge..........also they made me a larger seating die for a .381 grooved 38-55 Win 1894 sent again no charge.......hard to find fault!

I have broken parts from Dillon, RCBS & Lee and all three of these companies were amazing to deal with. In a few of the situations it was my own fault and they still replaced the part. I have stuff from many other companies but haven't broken anything with their products yet. We'll see about them when the time comes. I had a stainless pin stuck in a case and made a zig zag of the decapping pin and rod, told them this on the phone and they sent me a brand new one at no cost to me.

Bought a Hornady cam lock bullet puller and a RCBS 505 scale from a friend for $20. Cheap because there was missing pieces. The bullet puller was lacking the plunger and the scale the pan. Called Hornady for the plunger,no problem $23 shipped . The customer rep was very friendly. Sent an email to RCBS asking for price on the pan. Very shortly after got an answer back saying the pan was in the mail . No Charge. That is 5 star service. and how to get customers and keep them.

+1 on RCBS service.

Bought a RCBS 44mag set and one of the dies was a 45LC. Emailed RCBS and they sent me the paper die, free of charge :)

Yes me too. I have had unbelievable customer service from RCBS. They stand behind their name. I am forever loyal to them and will always recommend their products.

I have had stellar service from RCBS as well. I bought a 30-06 FL sizing die at a garage sale for $2.00.
When I used it, I found it would leave a small line in the body of the brass. I phoned RCBS and asked if
they would polish the die for me. I was simply told to send the die to them with three fired cases from
my rifle. Imagine my surprise when, about 3 weeks later, I get a brand-new FL die in the mail, custom
for my 30-06. That is very impressive!! Dave.
