So after about 300 rounds of depriming 308 HURTINburger brass with theyre undersized flash holes my decapping die pin bent into some sort of balloon animal shape and jammed itself into the stem head...

I couldnt find the part number for the pin so I sent an email directly down to rcbs looking for the part number and somewhere to order north of the border. The response I recieved a few days later was a simple "we sent you a new one free of charge, have a great weekend"

Nice to see a big company stand behind theyre product no questions asked.
 
I have had great service like that from RCBS as well as Redding.

I once bought a new set of RCBS dies that were out of spec and the company had a replacement set in my hands in a couple of weeks. (Most of the time their package was sitting in customs). I also had a RCBS vibratory tumbler bowl that split on the seam. RCBS when contacted told me to destroy the old one and had a new one in my hands within days.

My wife once snagged a set of Redding 30-06 dies at a garage sale for $5.00 that was missing the decapping rod. When I contacted Redding to see where I could get a new rod they said would ship me one for free even knowing the story.
 
Its refreshing in our new age of pass the buck or ignore it till it goes away style of business. A few older businesses retain customers with good old fashioned integrity.
