I'm impressed. My new hand case trimmer started to "rag" the outside of the case mouths after only 150 rounds or so. One call to their toll-free number, spoke with a very friendly gal there who without hesitating asked for a mailing address and they shipped me a new cutter head, no charge. Nice to be dealt with like that and I'll stick with a lot of their stuff for that reason alone.

I broke my primer catcher a while ago (totally my fault) and before I could even continue the rep asked for my mailing address and told me I'd have a new one in the mail. Their customer service is one of the best.

Their customer service is second to none. In addition to dealing with inquiries and concerns related to their products, I've also found them to be more than willing to help with technical assistance. I recently had some 'questions' on equipment and technical info on forming 219 Donaldson Wasp brass from 30-30 brass. They were more than helpful.
