RCBS customer service

I needed some pins to replace the worn out ones on my partner press. I asked how much to buy new ones.

The only response I got from them was "

Hi just ordered those for you no charge".

I'll continue buying RCBS

Excellent for me to. I broke the side of my rockchucker and no problem sent me all the new parts no cost and in a about ten days. I was pulling a stuck case in a 300 mag die and the side busted right off. They didn't want any of the broken pieces back eather. Top notch.

I understood that RCBS had moved manufacturing to China, but returned to the US due to QC issues. At least that what the RCBS rep had told me early last fall.

I use the Lee dies (3 die set) for .223 (bought used from a CGNer) and no problems on the progressive 550b.

Glad my Dillon is 15+ years old. Better steel quality. Likely break my wood bench before the press. :p

My experience? I had to BUY a small rifle primer tube as i was missing the one from my 550b. I had to BUY the alluminum piece where the bullet drops out, because it was missing.
I had placed an order for 4 die holders, funnels number A-F, extra die pieces, pickup tubes, shell plates/kits. Cost was about just under $200 and they stilled billed for the parts that should have been
with the press. My impression, they are very knowledgeable about parts, and had all on hand. I am ticked off that the two minor parts were billed out to me.
I can run, 9mm, .223, .45, .270 each with its own die plate. I think the lifetime warranty should have covered the two missing parts. They make a great product, and
cant understand why they would not honor the warranty. Ya, its a drop in the bucket, but why not have good customer relations, and toss in something to keep
the customer happy. Just the way i was raised, treat people well.

We are comparing the merits of RCBS products and not how Dillion charged you for lost parts. RCBS has never charged me for a replacement part even though they should have.Note to self do not lend out die sets!!
