Ok this may sound elementary but...
I got some new nickel brass for a 7x64 Brenneke and dies (rcbs)I have only ever used Lee dies before. I decided to full length size them and adjusted the dies as the manual said. After resizing, all of the brass has excessive neck runout (wobble). I checked for runout prior to resizing and all the brass was straight.
What am I doing wrong? Are the dies at fault? I have never had this problem before but I have never used RCBS before.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Runout

I'm not sure what happened, but firing them in your rifle will straighten them out. Next time you F/L resize this brass, try doing it in small increments turning the the brass a 1/4 turn each time, use enough lube , but not on the neck or shoulder. Only resize enough , so the brass fits the chamber.

I once bought a set of RCBS dies and the sizing die was so out that the die actually wobbled when rolled on a smooth surface. Of course, exchanged it.

Screw the die down till it is set where you want it for re-sizing, personally I would only ever partial size or neck size, but even for full length this works. Once you have the die set to the right spot run a lubed case into the die, now screw down and set the lock ring. This will help ensure the die is aligned in the threads. Run in a case and check for run out. If you still get run out, send the die back to RCBS for replacement along with one of the bent brass.
