I got a new rcbs neck sizer for my 308 . I Set it up as the instructions ,when I went to seat tHe bullets the neck seems a bit tighter on my once fired brass.i loaded hornady new brass to start and the bullets went in with less pressure . just wondering if there is any adjustment in the die its self ?
