Neck sizing sometimes works better, but I did not know that the dies are cheaper?

Partial sizing with the RCBS F/L dies works fine once you figure out the setting. For neck-sizing only dies, I like the Lee collet type.

If your using your loads for competition I would get Redding Comp Dies. I don't trust that the expander ball on the FL dies comes out straight and could cause excessive bullet runout.

Using a dedicated Neck Bushing Die will ensure that you have minimal runout in your necks and therefore minimal bullet runout.
