RCBS Partner Kit or Starter Kit?

On the verge of busting my reloading cherry and need to know if the RCBS Partner Kit will do the job for my 7mmrm, 204 ruger.I know the Rockchucker is king but don't have the funds for it [gotta pay for my caribou hunt eh].Will the Partner kit be alright or should I step up to the next one ,the RCBS Reloading Starter Kit? I can only see my self reloading a couple hun max a year. Can the Partner Press handle the magnum???
 
I have a Partner Press. I reloaded over 5000 357magnum, 2000 223rem, 840 308win, 100 300win magnum, 80 338 lapua mag. Still strong. Hard to do the mag brass because they are taller but they can be done. The kit cost me $140US shipped
