RCBS parts replacement service

I made a rookie mistake a while ago and got a case stuck in my 308 sizer die. I bent the threaded rod that the expander ball goes onto trying to hammer the case out, and tried to order a replacement from the RCBS website, but it wouldn't let me select Canada for the shipping destination. I phoned their customer service number to ask if I could buy the parts and they could bypass the USA only shipping option, and told them my story, and they sent a pair of them with expander balls and decapper pins, no charge. I'd heard that they often replace parts like that, but haven't had reason to contact them until now. I guess by me telling me about it they've got more advertising than the $30 worth of parts they sent me would buy.
