RCBS powder baffle location

Hey guys, just picked one up and used it last night. Does it make a difference in consistency depending on where it is situated? I had it right at the bottom and did not notice much difference with RL22.

I have one for a Dillon and don't think it makes any difference..

I made one for my Dillon. I found it worked best on the bottom. Make sure the holes are opposite of the hoppers holes. 800x.
